UK, February 2018 – Britax Römer’s DUALFIX i-SIZE was the winner of this year’s iF DESIGN AWARD in the Product - Babies/Kids category. The premium car seat was selected by the 63-member international jury of independent experts due to its major advancements in comfort, safety and design. iF International Forum Design GmbH is the world’s oldest independent design organisation and one of the most popular awards of its kind.

iF International Forum Design GmbH received more than 6,400 entries submitted from 54 countries this year in hopes of receiving the renowned seal of quality. The DUALFIX i-SIZE was recognised for its aesthetic, curved black shell as well as its superior engineering that makes parent’s lives easier and children safer on car journeys. Providing the ultimate luxury of comfort to both parents and children alike, the 360 degree rotatable car seat can be used either rearward or forward facing with easy entry and exit for the child. It comes with six recline positions in both directions for comfortable sleeping, including ergonomically flat positions for newborns, thanks to the newborn insert. Additionally, the deeply padded side wings provide optimum security along the entire seat – similar to a soft cocoon.

Its stylish fabrics and covers are Made in Europe and available in Cosmos Black, Flame Red, Storm Grey, Olive Green, Moonlight Blue, Wine Rose, Blue Marble, Sand Marble and Mystic Black.
